While you're polishing off the jellybeans this Sunday, don't forget that you've got a new program to watch. The good people at 3net have announced (via The Futon Critic ) yet another original program. Wow -- those folks are on fire! The 24/7 3D cable net, which is a joint venture between Sony , Discovery and IMAX , just announced plans to debut "In the Qube," a 3D news program that's all about 3D. The one-hour monthly series sounds a little bit like "E! News." Maybe that's because it's being hosted by Nicole Dabeau, who is best known for her work on E! as well as with "Entertainment Tonight." The first episode will go behind the scenes of some of summer's upcoming 3D films, as well as look at upcoming Blu-ray 3D players, cameras and TVs. The show also plans to have an interview with Avril Lavigne and take a peek at the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Calendar. "In the Qube" debuts Sunday, April 24 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT) on 3net. DIRECTV subscribers can find 3net on channel 107.
