HTC Evo 3D Rumors Swirl; Sprint Reacts

With the wireless communications industry set for its International CTIA Wireless 2011 trade event this week in Orlando, talk of impending new products has started to make the rounds. Following stories from Web sites like Afterdawn.com about the upcoming HTC Evo 3D smart phone and Evo View 4G tablet, Sprint has responded by announcing the HTC Evo 3D according to a report from Wirelessandmobilenews.com . These websites say the new HTC products will be available from Sprint-- and most importantly for 3D enthusiasts--the new smartphone will incorporate features such as a dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor, a 4.3-inch glasses-free 3D display and Google's new 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. In addition, the phone will include dual 5MP cameras that can record 720p 3D video, as well as support for the new Youtube 3D app. Some of the phone's other options include a smaller 1.3MP front-side camera for video chatting, 4GBs of internal memory,1GB RAM, a microSD slot, which supports cards up to 32GBs, Wi-Fi, stereo Bluetooth, GPS, DLNA certification, an HDMI port, and a Lithium-ion battery.
